What’s your return Policy?

Customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority, so we want you to be 100% happy with your order. We’d happily exchange or refund items within 28days of receipt. Items can only be returned or exchanged if unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we sure do. We ship world Worldwide. P&P prices are determined upon weight and destination for International orders. If you’re unsure, please don’t hesitate to contact us at sales@ayekandyapparel.co.uk

Can I amend my order?

If you’ve managed to order the wrong item or size by accident, please notify us straight away. We’ll do what we can to amend your order, but we can’t always guarantee. So, please carefully choose your items bearing this in mind.

How long does delivery take?

Every order is dispatched via 1st class post with the Royal Mail. Once you’re order has been dispatched you’ll receive an email from us, and from our payment vendor to notify you that your order has been sent. From the day order is placed, please allow 7-10 working days. Garments are hand finished in the UK to ensure quality. International orders will take a little longer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Payments are made through our secure vendor via PayPal, where the consumer and ourselves are protected. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to buy from us, and all Payments are made through PayPal checkout.
